Many donkey owner/operator are really mistreatment their animals as you can find many donkeys with injuries and sores especially on the neck are worked all time without treatment and rest.
So due to last passed animal welfare Law we would like to launch a law enforcement campaign which will aim to stop the donkey cruelty at kahama district for the elimination of all sick, injuries, lame and pregnancy donkey from the work
